Nightscape Capital’s team consists of seasoned financial and entrepreneurial leaders with a focus on offshore and onshore fund creation and growth, mergers and acquisitions,  private placements and growth strategies for companies in the start-up process and those currently maneuvering in the middle market. Our team has vast knowledge and years of experience working in the international financial markets, from London to Wall Street all the way to Hong Kong.

Aside from offering needed guidance to our clients, many come to us to assist either with their entire offering platform, or just one part. Some companies that wish to sell their company would like a second opinion – something Nightscape Capital does well – while most others will employ us to structure an entire sell, or a partial sale of their company. For most, this is undertaken by offering via private placement, e.g. the private sell of securities (Nightscape Capital does not actually sell or buy securities of any kind).

For funds or companies looking to exit, our team is often kept busy. For those companies that wish to sell their company, merge with another company, or sell part of their company via a private offering, and sometimes via a public offering or an IPO Nightscape may be able to assist

Nightscape Capital begins its engagement from the earliest possible start of a business.
